Your first browser-game launch

A short route from a blank loader to the right project instructions.

Read the setup label first

Browser start means the reviewed project page describes a launch without a user file import. It does not mean no network download. Own game files means you must prepare the data requested by that specific port. Check project means we cannot confirm the requirements.

Give the first load room

WebAssembly games may fetch large data files before the menu appears. Keep the tab open and watch the project’s progress indicator. Return to its instructions if progress stops. Loading again may use cached data, but that depends on the project and available browser storage.

Check browser and input requirements

Use an updated browser. Some projects require desktop keyboard and mouse; others document touch or gamepads. A mobile browser opening a page does not establish that the game supports touch controls.

Keep one launch tab

Open the project from its detail page and use its own settings. Several heavy games open at once can compete for memory. A project error or offline server needs a project-side fix; repeatedly refreshing the directory cannot repair it.
